libcupscgi1-dev software package provides Common UNIX Printing System(tm) - Development files for CGI library, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcupscgi1-dev
libcupscgi1-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcupscgi1-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcupscgi1-dev *
You will get with libcupscgi1-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
